Appointments - Hours are by appointment only, with both day and evening appointments available.
Payment Methods - Payment is due following your appointment. Cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard are accepted.
Insurance
- In network with United Health Care and Ohio State University.
- Will bill other health plans if applicable.
- Other employers may utilize a Flexible Spending Account for nontraditional health care options like Acupuncture.
- A receipt or superbill can be provided for your use in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company.
Bureau of Worker’s Compensation and Auto-Injury
- Approved BWC provider
- Acupuncture can be covered under personal injury auto claims. Case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment or a rebooking fee of $40 may be applied to your next appointment. **Points for Health has the right to waive any fees.
Confidentiality - Patient confidentiality as required by State and Federal law is maintained at all times.
